Every year, the Lawndale Elementary School District Educational Foundation strives to fund more teacher-submitted educational grants. Thanks to generous donations and funds raised at the 2011 "Black & White" Bingo, we funded approximately $54,000 in grants in 2011. This is a significant increase from our 2010 funding of $34,000 in grants.

* student enrichment activities: Science Club, Reading Club, Photography Club, Running Club
As educational funding continues to decline, we are anticipating an increase in grant requests so please make sure to submit your completed application before the deadline. Completed applications should be submitted to Stephanie Swick or emailed to lawndaleed@yahoo.com.
Grant Reimbursements -
If you were awarded a grant and are ready to submit a claim, download the reimbursement form. Please follow the reimbursement instructions in order to guarantee proper processing.
PLEASE NOTE: If there are multiple grantees listed on the same grant, one person must be designated as the person in charge of submitting the reimbursement request and the reimbursement will be paid to that person.
In order for any reimbursement to be processed: The grant winner must submit a short article, including photos, describing how the money was spent and how it benefited Lawndale students. Please email to the Ed Foundation President, Liz Ramirez.
The Lawndale Elementary Education Foundation provides opportunities for the children of the Lawndale Elementary School District to achieve their potential by supporting programs and additional resources that engage students and enhance standard curriculum in extraordinary ways.
